1 、Product Definition: The annealed cold rolled hardened steel plate is pickled to remove surface oxides, then passes through the solvent tank containing zinc chloride and ammonium chloride, then enters the molten zinc tank galvanized, and after that, passivation, oiling, and other post-treatment stages resulting in zinc-coated steel plate.

2 , product features: its surface structure is divided into: normal zinc flower (Z), small zinc flower (X), light rectification of zinc flower (GZ), galvanized steel surface with fish-scale or leaf-shaped zinc crystalline pattern, zinc coating is firm, excellent corrosion resistance, and has good welding performance and cold forming properties. According to the production and processing methods can be divided into the following categories: ① hot dip galvanized steel. The steel plate is immersed in a molten zinc tank, so that the surface of the thin steel plate adhering to a layer of zinc. At present, the main use of continuous galvanizing process production, that is, the rolls of steel continuously immersed in molten zinc plating bath into galvanized steel; ② electro-galvanized steel. Electroplating method to manufacture this galvanized steel has good processability. But the coating is thin, corrosion resistance is not as good as hot-dip galvanized steel; ③ single-sided plating and double-sided differential galvanized steel. Single-sided galvanized steel, that is, only on one side of the galvanized product. In welding, painting, rust treatment, processing, etc., has a better adaptability than double-sided galvanized sheet. In order to overcome the shortcomings of single-sided uncoated zinc, there is a galvanized sheet coated with a thin layer of zinc on the other side of the galvanized sheet, i.e., double-sided galvanized sheet; ④ alloy, composite galvanized steel, which is made of zinc and other metals such as lead, zinc into an alloy or even a composite galvanized steel sheet. This kind of steel plate has both excellent rustproof performance, and good painting performance. In addition to the above four, there are colored galvanized steel, printing and painting galvanized steel, PVC laminated galvanized steel and so on. But currently the most commonly used is still hot dip galvanized steel.
